Jorge Masvidal wants Bisping even on short notice: “I’ll do it in a heartbeat.”

Jorge Masvidal’s hates former champ Michael Bisping so much that he is willing to fight him even on a day’s notice in UFC Shanghai.

One of the four guest fighters for UFC’s first stop in Mainland China, Masvidal revealed that among the reasons he flew to Shanghai was to fight Bisping in case Kelvin Gastellum was unable to compete come Saturday.

Masvidal and Bisping had two altercations during fight week of UFC 217. And for Masvidal, getting a piece of Bisping would be an added bonus on this trip.

“I don’t say it’s beef,” he said at UFC Shanghai Media Day, which also featured former women’s strawweight champ Joanna Jedrzejczyk, and UFC legends Urijah Faber and Antonio Noguiera earlier. “I just think he’s a fucking idiot bro. Yeah, we’ll do it in a heartbeat, that’s why I’m here.”

“I don’t want being on a long flight but when I heard (he’s on the card) I said take me to China just in case Gastellum doesn’t make weight…I’ll fight him at any weight class, any weight, doesn’t matter.”

Masvidal, who just lost to Stephen Thompson in his recent fight at UFC 217, says he doesn’t mind returning to the Octagon ahead of schedule to face Bisping. If it doesn’t pushes through here in China, “Gamebred” Masvidal is willing to push his return to the Octagon to March in Bisping’s hometown in London.

“I made that clear, I’ll fight that guy anywhere. I might not say ‘I’ll do it for free’ cause the UFC might not pay me but I’ll fight him anywhere. For him, it’s wherever, whenever, you know? I dislike the guy genuinely.”
