“The Bandit” makes a return to the cage in his home country this April.

Pacific Xtreme Combat welterweight champion Zebaztian Kadestam (8-2) is slated to compete in his home country this April at Superior Challenge 15.

Returning to the cage in almost a year, the 25-year old Kadestam will be taking on highly-touted Juho Valamaa from Finland. This marks the Legacy Gym/Pancrase fighter’s first fight since recovering from a hip injury he sustained in preparation for his scheduled fight with Frank Camacho in PXC 54.

Kadestam’s last fought in April of 2016 where he defended his PXC belt against Glenn Sparv in PXC 53. Stopping the AKA Thailand fighter via strikes in the first round.

His opponent Valamaa is Finland’s top welterweights, owning a record of 12-4. He is coming off a loss to one-time Bellator MMA 170-pound title challenger Karl Amoussou and is eager to return to the win column.

Superior Challenge 15 is happening on April 1, 2017 at the Eriksdalshallen in Stockholm, Sweden.
