Stephen Loman to fight for inaugural Brave CF title

Stephen Loman will headline Brave Combat Federation’s 9th card as he fights for the vacant bantamweight title.

The 21-year-old Team Lakay stalwart will be taking on Gary Mangat for the title at Brave CF 9. Brave announced the matchup yesterday.

“The Sniper” Loman has earned his title shot after beating highly touted Frans Mlambo over a year ago in the Brave’s first card. He’s currently on a three fight win streak.

Standing in Loman’s way on his road to the belt is the Indo-Canadian Mangat (10-1 MMA, 2-0 BRAVE). A veteran of the Canadian MMA scene, Mangat currently rides a six-fight win streak, which includes back-to-back victories in Brave, leading to the title shot. Including a TKO win of Troy Bantiag in his promotional debut. He aims to make it three in a row and more importantly, claim the belt.

Also on the said card, Team Lakay prospect Jeremy Pacatiw looks to continue his winning ways as he’s set to take on Jala Al Daaja of Jordan.

Brave CF 9 is set to take place this November 17 at the Khalifa Sports City in Bahrain.
